About Above and Beyond at the Knights
Above and Beyond is a family-run company founded by brother and sister, Nader and Basima. Basima Hamati-Attieh, BSN, RN, and PCH Administrator, attended St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing and has over 20 years of nursing experience to her name. Her brother, Nader Hamati, BS-ME and PCH administrator, handles the business side of things with his advanced business skills and experience working in the managerial field. With his organizational skills and Basima’s skilled nursing experience, they have designed a personal care home community which goes “above and beyond” most care homes. Basima’s knowledge and experience pushes their home to the next level of care, as her skilled oversight has been known to save lives.
We are a 150-resident assisted living community which offers personal care, respite care, and memory care services for seniors over the age of 60. Our building is off the 15th Street exit of Route 22, nestled between Allentown, Bethlehem, Salisbury, and Emmaus. The home is surrounded by rows of mature, tall pines which provides us a peaceful and private vantage.
