Our holistic well-being framework is comprised of four essential components, in optimal combination: supportive environment, discreet care, social connection, and cognitive health. We collaborate with the resident, their family, doctors, and care partners to create an assessment-based plan of care, with supervision by on-site 24-hour licensed nursing staff and 24-hour dementia care-trained associates on-site. We also offer coordination with third-party and visiting therapists, clinicians, and specialists. Our thoughtfully designed community consists of four distinct, locally themed neighborhoods, 12,000+ sq. ft. of secure outdoor space with walking paths and seating, and a Town Square with centralized amenities. Suites featuring doorway shadow boxes to aid wayfinding, dedicated family photo shelving, and ADA-compliant bathrooms. We make mealtime both nourishing and meaningful, with dietitian-approved menus served family-style on brightly colored place settings to encourage appetite. Special diets are happily accommodated. We honor each resident’s history, interests, and personal qualities, with opportunities to build strength and balance, restore dexterity and cognitive skills.
