We collaborate with the resident, their family, doctors, and care partners to create an assessment-based plan of care, with supervision by on-site 24-hour licensed nursing staff and 24-hour dementia care-trained associates on-site. We also offer coordination with third-party and visiting therapists, clinicians, and specialists. Our thoughtfully designed community consists of four distinct, locally themed neighborhoods, 12,000+ sq. ft. of secure outdoor space with walking paths and seating, and a Town Square with centralized amenities. Suites featuring doorway shadow boxes to aid wayfinding, dedicated family photo shelving, and ADA-compliant bathrooms. We make mealtime both nourishing and meaningful, with dietitian-approved menus served family-style on brightly colored place settings to encourage appetite. Special diets are happily accommodated.
