Our proprietary and innovative Alzheimer's and dementia care is called the Clare Bridge program, where each resident is surrounded by others with the same cognitive abilities so they feel like they fit in. Clare Bridge, which is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, encourages choice and independence by giving residents room to be themselves while fully engaging in our community.
As part of the Clare Bridge Daily Path, our residents enjoy a familiar daily schedule that includes mental and physical exercises, practicing life skills and participating in engaging activities, such as memory games, karaoke sing-alongs, movie nights, Science 101 demonstrations, devotional services and pet therapy.
Our single-level community incorporates special features such as soothing wall colors and easy-to-navigate floor plans.
