Our small community is located on the northeast side of Tallahassee, Florida. Tallahassee - the state capital of Florida - is famous for its red, rolling hills. The Gulf of Mexico’s beaches are less than one hour away from the city, which offers families plenty of sunshine and adventure, if desired.
Safety is a number-one priority here. Highly trained staff members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency. A 24/7 emergency response system, keypad entryways, and monitored entrances and exits are also in place to provide peace of mind and added protection.
Through the Clare Bridge program, we emphasize a person-centered approach to care. It's designed to preserve residents' identity and helps them flourish even in the advanced stages of dementia. Each day, dementia-friendly activities are planned to promote health and wellness. Peer groups are also planned to promote feelings of acceptance and belonging.
