Welcome to a new kind of senior living at Brooklyn Pointe Assisted Living and Memory Care located in beautiful Brooklyn, Ohio.
The community opened in November, 2018 with all new, state of the art programming for seniors needing Assisted Living or Memory Care. With a focus on wellness and activity, you can embrace your independence, while getting the exceptional care you need and expect. With Paint and Sips, Massages and Mimosas, Brooklyn Beats Summer Concert Series, Fall Dances and Sock hops, Happy Hour, garden/greenhouse plants and herbs used in our anytime dining, and karaoke.
Brooklyn Pointe is unique in Memory care as well, differing from all other communities out there. The management group, Meridian Senior Living, has a special, one of a kind, Montessori based program for our memory care residents, called Montessori Moments in Time (MMIT). MMIT's goal is to enhance living for those with memory challenges and accomplished through five directional path. Each path has the resident and family in mind to encourage independence and helps deal with the progression of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia.
The five paths include Family Connections, Health & Wellness, Dining Experience, Life Engagement, and more.
