Brookstone Terrace of Simpsonville specializes in providing exceptional care in a secure, comfortable, and resort-like environment for those needing Assisted Living or those living with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, and other forms of memory care needs. We are conveniently located on Scuffletown Road, where the old dance barn was located, near five forks. We opened our doors in September of 2021. Our community is considered an Assisted Living, but we are a little more of a boutique feel with integrated memory care options. Our care individually approaches each family with as much compassion as we share with our residents, and always with dignity. Rather than "replacing the family," we partner with our families. We provide programs with services designed to maintain function, maximize health, and encourage the highest possible quality and excellence in care. We focus on resident function, emphasize routines, encourage independence and help residents continue activities of daily living. We partner with physical therapy and occupational therapy practices, and we promote social engagement and safe settings all aimed at improving and extending resident's quality of life.
