About Carol Ann's Home - Chambers
Carol Ann’s Home opened the doors of its first location in October of 2008. We were interested in providing a different type of care than what was currently available to seniors in our community. I believe seniors deserve to live and be cared for in home environment where they feel comfortable but still have access to the support they need. When a family visits the first thing they notice is how home like we are, walking into the living room they find residents sitting watching TV, playing games, listening to music. Walking to the kitchen you would find people enjoying a snack and watching the days meal being prepared. The back patio always has people watching wildlife and visiting with each other.
Losing independence as a senior can be frightening. At this stage of life it can also seem as though there is nothing left to enjoy. We have fostered an environment where life is celebrated! Our residents have a lifetime of stories to share and family to love and we are here to make sure that happens. I'm often asked about special diets.
