Cottage Grove Place is a continuing care retirement community dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our residents. Our community offers independent living, assisted living, assisted living memory care, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation. The comfort and care of our residents is our priority, and we strive to exemplify it each day.

Since 1996, Cottage Grove Place has been the premier continuing care retirement community in Cedar Rapids and is the only community in the area offering LifeCare. Cottage Grove Place is governed by a local Board of Trustees, and we are proud of our not-for-profit status.
