This non-profit, Life Plan Community is located on 53 acres of private woodland that offers a relaxing and friendly small-town atmosphere. Covenant Village emphasizes relationships and cultivates ways to engage a resident’s mind, heart, body, and soul. Monthly service fees cover all utilities, such as cable TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi. Covenant Village also has a dedicated technology department which aims to ensure that everyone in the community stays connected, with private, wireless Internet and individual iPads for each resident.
