Set next to Columbia Country Club, Premier Residences of Chevy Chase enjoys golf course views and a park-like setting. Residents can walk across the street to the Chevy Chase library, dry cleaning, banks, restaurants and much more. Or they can schedule private transportation trips in our town car or choose to go on our shuttle bus to scheduled medical appointments or cultural events or shopping.
At our luxurious community, our residents can enjoy over 300 activities per month, including our indoor pool and newly expanded state of the art health club. All day dining allows residents to choose when they would like to dine on the creative dishes served by our community.
