This small community offers memory care services in Hugo, Minnesota in an intimate environment. This community only houses up to 24 residents in order to keep a high caregiver-to-resident ratio to provide intimate, personalized care. To ensure that staff provide services that benefit residents without intruding on their independence, care plans are customizable and based on a resident’s individual needs and preferences. With less time spent doing chores, residents can devote their time and energy to participating in life-enriching events. New recreational and social activities are scheduled daily, enabling residents to practice old hobbies or even learn new skills.

All housekeeping and laundry services are provided by the staff, and the culinary team prepares delicious meals daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Residents can choose from several menu selections that have been approved by our certified dietician. Residents will also love the peacefulness and comfort of their own private studio apartment. These spacious rooms feature various safety features.
