Feridean Commons opened in 2001. We are Independently owned and located on 18 acres in North Westerville, with 58 Assisted Living Apartments and 40 Independent Living Villas, all on one floor, no steps, with care 24/7 as you need it. Our professional staff delivers
high quality care and service evidenced by our 96.7 resident satisfaction survey compiled independently by the State of Ohio. 35% of our staff has been with us for more than 5 years and key senior staff more than 10 years. Residents enjoy 'All the Comforts of Home' with a broad array of activities and amenities including Chef prepared made from scratch dining in our 2 beautiful dining rooms. We are convenient to Hospitals, grocery and shopping stores using your own transportation or ours. We offer free WiFi throughout our Assisted Living apartments and soon, each apartment will be equipped with an Ipad for communications and service listings.
