In Independent Living, spacious and affordable apartment living is available. Apartments range in size from approximately 400 square feet to 1130 square feet. All styles, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units include: interior and exterior maintenance, basic utilities, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi capability and extra storage. Some apartments have convenient kitchenettes that pair wonderfully with Hill View’s meal program. Other apartments have full size kitchens for residents who may wish to prepare their own meals, if they so choose. Each of Hill View’s apartments allow for some customization to meet individual preferences, and regardless of style, all apartments feature picturesque views at an affordable price.

At Hill View, residents of the assisted living area enjoy a level of service that is just right. This “in-between” stage of our Life Care program suits residents who are still rather independent but need help from time to time. For many, it is an attractive and less expensive alternative to a nursing home. Another benefit is the ease of transition to skilled nursing care if it becomes needed. Assisted Living at Hill View means that help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
