Liberty Pointe offers a full spectrum of personal care and support services tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Services include mobility assistance, medication management, and assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Specialty memory care services and programs are available to residents living with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.
The community offers 35 residential care suites for residents and 20 full-service memory care first-floor units. The spacious floor plans are equipped with bathrooms, individual climate control, and available utility packages.
