Welcome to beautiful Waverly Tennessee, a quaint little town full of wonderful people and beautiful scenery, and the home of Magnolia Place Assisted Living. This warm and homey community was opened in 2003 by Mrs. Ruby James has served the community as a County Commissioner for two terms and she began a nonprofit organization that enriches the lives of mentally and physically challenged individuals in Humphries County. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions in Humphries Country. This wonderful woman is still seen daily visiting and sharing lunch with our residents.
It is our goal at Magnolia Place Assisted Living to provide a carefree lifestyle for senior adults, while promoting freedom and independence in a safe and secure environment. The residential areas at Magnolia Place are designed to make our residents feel right at home. All of our apartments are clean, bright and private. Residents are encouraged to bring their personal furnishings and decorate their apartment to feel like home.
Magnolia Place has a large dining room where meals are served, and social activities are held on a regular basis. Two beautiful sun rooms often host family gatherings.
