Upon admission, we assess and work with the resident, their family and physician(s), to create a tailored care plan. Our community also offers on-site medical services through our network of healthcare professionals, including medical physicians, podiatrists, therapists, and hospice care staff. We can even coordinate and schedule residents’ medical appointments.
