About Marama

Marama is an all-inclusive, immersive program designed to enhance cognition and reverse cognitive decline. There are only two communities in the US offering this program. In this immersive program focus is in creating a non-toxic environment, specific nutrition and supplements, exercise, sleep, brain health, destressing as some of the pillars of the program in support of their residents needs. Residents are engaged at all levels and carefully monitored for success with metrics to show progress. This is based off the research from Dr. Dale Berdesen, included in the book "The End of Alzheimer's Program". Residents that are early to mid- dementia have the potential for the greatest results.
