We at The Falls Home strive to offer a quality living environment managed by a caring, conscientious, and dedicated staff. We have proudly served our residents since 1973 as a privately owned Assisted Living Facility. We have a caring, professional staff, many of whom have been with us over 10 years and some over 20 years. Our program is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and provides room and board, 24-hour supervision, personal care services, and assistance with medication management for those who may otherwise qualify for home care, but would benefit from added socialization, assistance, variety of activities and continual health monitoring that can be assured in a secure environment.

The beautiful town of Montour Falls, NY is a quiet rural community where you can relax and enjoy the small-town life. We are within walking distance to the local pharmacy, bank, post office, library and the picturesque Shequaga Falls. We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, serving Watkins Glen, Elmira, Corning, Ithaca, Geneva and Bath, among others.
