About Park Place

Park Place is a very special retirement and assisted living community located 3 miles east of Boeing Field in Seattle. The doors are scheduled to open the end of April providing 154 luxurious studio and one bedroom apartments for seniors. All the apartments come equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, carpet and blinds. Each apartment has an emergency call systems with pendants available for even more peace of mind. The private bathrooms are handicapped friendly, with several offering roll in showers. Beautiful spa rooms are available with easy access Jacuzzi tubs.

Words do not do justice to the spacious lounges and recreation areas available for your enjoyment. There is a library with a fireplace. A computer lab to make keeping in touch with your family and friends easy. Our fitness room and activity rooms will help keep you busy and active. It is difficult to decide which is more impressive – our deli with its snacks and coffee, and the adjacent mini store or the huge dining room with its soaring ceilings and natural beams, reminiscent of a fine restaurant.
