At Park Place of St. John, a Providence Life Services Community, we understand that your needs may change over time. That’s why we offer comprehensive care services, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Care in a Long-Term Care setting. We also provide short-term Respite Care, Transition to Home services, and Hospice services. With over a century of experience in Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois, our non-profit organization is committed to providing quality senior living options. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those we serve in the name of Jesus Christ.
In 2016, Park Place opened an independent living community and a skilled nursing care community in our unique “Small House” design at the Park Place Health & Wellness Center. Designed like a home with flexible and personalized care, it improves quality of life and fosters a sense of community and belonging.
We designed our Assisted Living community thoughtfully to provide comfort, care, and connection. The Small House concept offers an inviting open-air kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining room that fosters a warm, communal atmosphere. Residents can relax by cozy fireplaces or enjoy fresh air on our screened-in porches. The secure outdoor spaces provide a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
