Partridge House is a Genesis senior living community located in the scenic downtown area of Hampton, New Hampshire. Hampton is a popular, year round tourist destination, with peaceful and stunning beaches on the Atlantic Ocean.

Our residents enjoy our proximity to the ocean, fine dining, and shopping. We are also just one hour from three major airports, making it easy for families and friends to visit. Residents choose from three different apartment options - small studio, large studio, or one bedroom apartment. Each apartment home is fully equipped to encourage independence and privacy with a microwave, mini fridge, and private bathroom.

Our pet-friendly community is warm and welcoming, and our residents truly enjoy one another, as well as our compassionate, dedicated staff. On any given day, you will see residents swimming in our indoor pool, enjoying drinks by the fire, playing billiards, or enjoying a delicious meal in one of our four kitchens.
