While living at Pines Assisted Living, residents receive round-the-clock care from on-site personal caregivers and home health staff, including licensed nurses. All residents receive individualized care tailored to their needs. Through the community’s health and wellness program, residents can receive multiple on-site health services, including monitoring vital signs, coordinating medical appointments, maintaining a health chart with up-to-date medical information, and more. In addition to individualized care, the community offers care suites for seniors who need advanced services in assisted living or hospice care. The community also provides personal call pendants to help ensure residents' safety throughout the facility.

While residents receive consistent care, they live on site with immediate access to the community’s amenities. Residents can choose between multiple living accommodations, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments - all of which have a walk-in shower. When residents are not relaxing in their rooms, they can enjoy the campus luxuries like the library and the outdoor patio.
