Welcome to Porter Place Memory Care in Tinley Park, Illinois. This community is located in a southern suburb of Chicago - near the land of deep-dish pizza and the great Cubs and White Sox rivalry. Porter Place Memory Care is a pet-friendly community that exclusively serves residents experiencing memory loss. They specialize in providing person-centered care and individualized resident programming, to create a loving atmosphere that can be felt throughout the entire community.

Community Amenities and Services

While Porter Place Memory Care exclusively serves residents with memory loss, they provide some additional specialized services as well such as ambulatory care, diabetic care, personal care, and medication management. Staff are specially trained in memory care and a variety of community specialists are available for supplemental care as needed. Hospice is available on-site for residents who require end-of-life care, with the aim of keeping them comfortable, relaxed, and in good spirits.

All residents enjoy three meals per day in the restaurant-style dining room. Restaurant staff are happy to make dietary accommodations as needed to help ensure all residents are well-fed and satisfied. In between meals, residents can take advantage of community common spaces and activities.
