Precisive Care I and II are two BRAND NEW 16-Bed Type B Assisted Living communities that offers 24hr supervision and assistance for those who no longer can live independently. We understand that INTENTIONAL CARE MATTERS. Our community appeals to elders who desire to hold on to some cherished habits and routines, yet need respectful assistance from patient caregivers. We are careful and meticulous with a keen focus on accuracy while providing excellent resident care.
Our caregivers are compassionate, patient and well experienced with caring for elders with various ailments and/or elder care needs, to include Dementia and physical disabilities. The community offers great visibility of the residents (thereby, increasing and prioritizing SAFETY), it is intimate, non-intimidating, and feels warm and tranquil! Precisive Care is a non-threatening environment - full of empathy and love, designed with elegant details that cater especially to elders. We have Hoyer lifts available if needed to assist with transfers. We welcome residents with PEG feeding tubes, Indwelling Foley and suprapubic catheters, Insulin dependence, and wounds requiring mild care.
