Santaluz is a 3800 acre open space with multiple clubhouses, a pool, spa, golf course, restaurants, green park, fitness center, and 18 miles of walking trails. The residence is easily accessible from I-15, I-56, and I-5. Right outside of the community gate is a fire station, and the Pamerado Hospital is just 7 miles away. There are multiple shopping malls close to the residence. Residence has a large secured outdoor courtyard, including covered balcony and fireplace. There are multiple fireplaces in the house. The house is fully upgraded, with artwork and designer furniture. Island kitchen with granite countertop and skylight.
