About Sapphire at Bridgecreek
Bridgecreek Memory Care is a Sapphire Health Services community, specializing in Alzheimer's and dementias.
We are a cozy 58 bed community with a large, secured, outdoor area for our residents to walk and participate in outdoor gardening, birdwatching or socializing.
Bridgecreek utilizes our own Sapphire Radiance program to enhance our environment, staff training, and care delivery to enrich the lives of those we serve.
*We will know their story to know their needs
*We will create a community that is calm and supportive
*We will encourage connection to long term memory
*We will foster engagement through all 5 senses
*We will train and educate to create champions in dementia care.
All of this is done with the support of Samaritan Geriatric Physician's who follow all of our residents in the community. This alleviates the need for stressful appointments out of the security of Bridgecreek.
