Our goal is to provide the best individualized care to our clients as they progress through our varied care settings. We nurture everyone’s abilities to ultimately promote their lasting independence. Our community is located in quaint and cute Centralia, 24 miles south of Olympia, and only a short drive from the strikingly beautiful Washington coastline. We have proudly served the residents of Lewis County since 1958, and our building was fully renovated in 1997.
