I would like to invite you to tour Siebenthal Elder Care Home. We are a 6 resident RCFE assistant living residential Home. Our new residents feel welcome by our staff and present residents so they adapt quickly into our family atmosphere community. I wanted to share additional information about our residential home that we do differently from most care homes. Our philosophy is to assist our residents health to their best level through daily exercising, diet/clean eating & monitoring vitals through a automatic system that sends information to their doctors office. I will attend our new residents first doctors appointments after the first two weeks of administration so we treat their present needs. We are focus on 'Self Center Care' for each one of our residents. That's makes the difference how our residents live daily life.

We reteach daily living skills to residents so they feel valued and having a daily purpose in the community besides have fun. This could include: daily normal domestic task/errands or join us in fun plan activities daily and weekly outside the home. We would incorporate activities that our new resident has enjoyed in the pass or present.
