Our Pathways Program serves our Memory Care residents and is designed to meet the dynamic needs of families and seniors navigating Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Every aspect is designed around each resident from our individualized culinary program, Dining with G.R.A.C.E., to our Cherished Memories Collections, which focus on positive recognition, stimulation and celebration.
