About Streamside Assisted Living and Memory Care
Streamside Assisted Living provides residents with a comfortable community, various activities, spacious and well-designed apartments, an engaging wellness program, and amenities that complement daily life. We’ve made sure to create service and amenities tailored to the well-being of each resident, giving each member of our community the opportunity to live their golden years safely and with optimum care.
Streamside also offers a supportive and peaceful atmosphere dedicated to the special care of individuals suffering from dementia, memory loss, and other related issues. For all Streamside buildings, we have specially trained staff on alert and ready to provide care 24/7. Our staff includes certified nursing assistants, a licensed and registered nurse, and a state-licensed administrator.
Community Amenities
Our staff is dedicated to enhancing the dignity and quality of life of each resident. Your rent includes monthly observations for diet, medical needs, and weight recordings. We believe in cultivating an active approach to senior living and do so through every aspect of our community - services and amenities alike.
