SummerHouse Alexandria is an award winning assisted living community located in the heart of Alexandria, Louisiana. Alexandria is a thriving metropolitan area with many recreational and cultural activities. Our residents enjoy trips to enjoy the sites including the Alexandria Zoo, the Alexandria Museum of Art and the many fine restaurants in the area.
Our full time Registered Nurse develops individualized care plans for each resident with input from the resident, their family and their doctor. We will coordinate with 3rd party care providers such as home care and hospice in order to provide each resident with optimum care. We provide transportation to medical appointments as well. Our caring staff will assist with managing chronic conditions as well as ensuring that all medications are taken correctly.
