About Sunland Living

A small, intimate board and care home can be a great alternative to a larger facility, if your loved one needs extra care. At Sunland Living, we’re happy to provide both assisted living and memory care services for seniors in the Los Angeles area within our community.

Our one-story house in Granada Hills, California is close to the gorgeous views at Van Norman Lake Reservoir, a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. We’re also near the Nethercutt Museum and San Fernando Swap Meet. Other nearby shops include Knollwood Center and Balboa Mission Square. If you or your loved one have a four-legged friend, you’ll be glad to know that we are a pet-friendly community.

Community Services and Amenities

When you live with us, you’ll enjoy three meals a day, served in our dining room. We have a large pool in our backyard, perfect for exercise or swimming laps. We also offer complimentary transportation if you’d like to run an errand or visit your doctor. Our property is secure, so residents who may wander will remain safe.
