About Vineyard Park South Hill
Moran Vista is a newly expanded senior living community located in the attractive South Hills Moran Prairie area in Spokane, Washington. Our new three-story building offers both Assisted Living and Independent Living apartments. Specialty care for those residents with Alzheimer’s and other kinds of dementia is provided in the previously existing building.
Moran Vista offers seniors the opportunity to enjoy all the freedoms and flexibility of living life on their own terms in a setting that is both secure and satisfying.
It is our belief at Moran Vista that commitment is a free choice and can only be made based on trust built over time. This is why there are no buy-in fees, no leases, and no hidden fees at Moran Vista – just a great retirement community to become part of.
