About Woodland Assisted Living
Woodland Care Center and Assisted Living started in 1974 and has been under the same ownership since 1978. We started out as a long-term care facility and in 1995 we expanded the building to accommodate the assisted living needs of our community. In 2005 we expanded again to accommodate the need for skilled nursing services in our area. We are now able to care for residents from assisted living to long-term care and skilled rehabilitation nursing care. We are independently owned and operated.
