Located on the west side of Manistique, Michigan, the community’s quiet, beautiful setting is only minutes from the Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital and the downtown area, which is filled with local dining and shopping options. Residents also enjoy being near several parks, the Indian River, and scenic walking trails.
Woodland offers a variety of care programs and specialized services, including assisted living , continuous care, individualized care, and respite care. The assisted living option includes 24-hour wellness checks, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care services, medication management, and incontinence management. The compassionate caregivers work closely with each resident, their family members, and their physician to deliver solutions to evolving care needs.
The residence consists of 20 private apartments that are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate each resident’s needs. Every wheelchair- and walker-accessible apartment is designed for comfort, privacy, and safety. All spaces include an emergency call system, dedicated security, and fire detection sensors. They also feature private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
